Visitor’s Day
SUNDAY JULY 21
12:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.
We want to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to come see us at camp! We do understand that it is a long drive for a short day (and for some, just a few days before 1st month campers go home) but we have heard that the visit is worthwhile. We are so proud of our beautiful setting and our amazing staff. We hope you enjoy every minute of your camp experience!
There are a few resorts and motels close by, but they do fill up fast well before Visitor’s Day. They range in quality from a 2 star motel to a 4/5 star spa and resort facility. For information about nearby lodging options, please click here.
A FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT PACKAGES
Every summer, the camp office is inundated with packages sent up to campers. This is a reminder that we ask families NOT to send packages to campers; the contents will either be returned to sender or donated to a local charity. The only exception to this rule is in the case of birthdays – parents may send a package to be given to their camper on their birthday, and should be labelled clearly as such. We understand the desire to want to bring things for your child on Visitor’s Day, and spoil them with items they may miss while away at camp! Nonetheless, we respectfully ask that you continue to follow our Food and Package Policy.
Here are a couple of reminders:
- Please do not bring anything for your camper that is on the “Do Not Pack List”
- Items found that are on this list will be confiscated and donated
- Parents may leave a maximum of one grocery bag of food & drink per camper today only
PLEASE NOTE:
Products containing peanuts in the ingredients, bottled water of any kind, and cases of pop are strictly banned and will be confiscated.
