The Walden Property

Set on 750 acres of natural beauty including our private lake, Camp Walden is located in South Eastern Ontario, just east of the town of Bancroft. Campers and staff live together in spacious, well-ventilated cabins with built-in cots and bunk beds. Some cabins have bathrooms, while others have them very close by. Shower houses are located centrally in each unit, and all bathrooms are equipped with flush toilets and running water.

INTERESTING FACT: Our Camp Walden is not the Camp Walden from the movie “Parent Trap,” though we believe it is even more beautiful and amazing! The movie was filmed in California, and is based on the Camp Walden, a camp for girls, in Maine.
